Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more in advance are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged a 20% fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible so we can reschedule. Thank you for respecting the time reserved just for you.
